Affordable Stay for Race Weekend
The comfortable King Room provided a perfect base for our Bristol race weekend. We appreciated the friendly service and enjoyed the tasty complimentary breakfast bar. Just a heads-up, the hotel is a bit retro, but for the price, you can’t beat it!

Perfect spot for a family getaway
The rooms were clean and there was a nice, hot breakfast in the morning. The staff always went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was acceptable for the quality of the rooms.

Sippin' on coffee while snackin' on local bites was a treat! The staff was super friendly, and we spotted Razz the hotel cat strutting his stuff. Plus, the location's a jump away from Boone's eateries and Virginia Creeper Trail – ideal for any foodie on the hunt.
The pool promised some summer fun but was closed for maintenance, leaving us in a bit of a pickle.

My family visited to surprise my grandparents. I reserved four rooms, but there was a mix-up. we only got three. The hotel lobby looked nice, but the rooms varied in condition. The staff, including Shelly and Billy, were friendly and worked hard to fix our issue. We ended up in a so-called clean but old room. The cleanliness fell short. the room had a strong cigarette smell and the bathroom didn’t seem clean. The hallway leading to the room looked dusty and neglected. Thankfully, two other rooms were much cleaner and had comfortable beds. I had hoped for a better experience based on our previous stays here, but the state of the rooms was disappointing.

I had a fantastic time during my stay! The location was perfect for hiking adventures, and the staff really made me feel at home. I loved having access to a breakfast bar in the mornings, which was super convenient for getting out the door quickly. While the hotel could use some updates, it didn't take away from the overall positive experience I had with my friends.

I had a fantastic time with my friends at this hotel! We went hiking and spent an afternoon at Red Tail Golf Course. The staff was super friendly, making us feel right at home. Plus, the breakfast bar was a nice touch for our busy mornings. Great experience overall!
The hotel is a bit dated, which might not be ideal if you prefer modern accommodations.
